1. General Terms

Welcome to idompe. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and idompe ("idompe," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the idompe platform — including our website at idompe.lat, mobile interface, live casino, sportsbook, Sic Bo, slots, Teen Patti, Roulette, and all other gaming services — you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the idompe platform. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use of the platform following any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility

To access and use idompe's real-money gaming services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

idompe reserves the right to request supporting documents to verify your age, identity, and location at any stage of the registration or withdrawal process. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of idompe services, you must create a registered account. You agree that all information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact details — is accurate, complete, and up to date.

Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) account on the idompe platform. Creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent account closure without prior notice.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account. You must keep your idompe Login credentials — username and password — strictly confidential at all times. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected].

idompe reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its sole discretion, including where we have reason to believe a Player is acting in breach of these Terms or applicable law.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

idompe supports real-money transactions in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via a range of approved payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Visa, Mastercard, GrabPay, USDT, and Bitcoin.

Deposits: All deposits are credited to your account upon successful confirmation from the respective payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may apply per method and are displayed at the time of transaction.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where operationally possible. idompe aims to process withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to satisfactory completion of any identity verification checks. idompe reserves the right to request Know Your Customer ("KYC") documentation before approving any withdrawal.

All financial transactions on the idompe platform are conducted in MYR. Currency conversion, where applicable, is performed at rates determined by the respective payment provider or financial institution.

idompe does not accept third-party payments. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Any deposits received from third-party sources may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

idompe offers various bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions include, but are not limited to:

• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will bestated clearly in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Validity periods apply to all bonuses. Any unused bonus funds or free bets will expire at the end of the stated validity period without compensation.
• Game restrictions may apply — certain bonuses may be valid only on selected games such as Sic Bo, Slots, or Live Casino tables.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except where wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• idompe reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any rights already accrued by a Player at the time of cancellation shall not be affected.

Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse idompe's bonus system — including but not limited to bonus hunting, arbitrage, or use of automated software — will be treated as a violation of these Terms and may result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, as well as permanent account closure.

6. Gameplay Rules

idompe offers a broad range of gaming products, including Sic Bo, Live Casino, Sportsbook, Slots, Teen Patti, and Roulette. Each game category is governed by its own set of gameplay rules, which are made available within the respective game interface or product page.

In the event of any technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, idompe will make every reasonable effort to resolve the matter fairly. Bets that were placed and confirmed prior to a technical disruption will be honoured where the system records are sufficient to reconstruct the relevant game state. idompe's decision in such cases is final.

For sportsbook wagers, all bets are subject to the applicable sports betting rules published on the Sportsbook page. idompe reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, or where odds were published incorrectly due to a manifest error.

7. Responsible Gaming

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during your use of the platform.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in gameplay or to abuse the bonus system.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity intended to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the idompe platform, software, or infrastructure.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the idompe platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and underlying code — is the exclusive intellectual property of idompe or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the idompe platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not grant you any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any idompe content without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, idompe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any interruption of service.

idompe's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The idompe platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain continuous service, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for implementing appropriate security measures on your own device.

11. Privacy & Data

idompe collects and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering on the idompe platform, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal information as described therein.

idompe implements industry-standard security measures, including SSL/TLS encryption, to protect your personal and financial data from unauthorised access. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and idompe cannot guarantee absolute security.

idompe will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulated third-party service providers solely for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, payment processing, and regulatory compliance.

12. Amendments to These Terms

idompe reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a change is material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice — such as a notification within the platform or an email to your registered address — prior to the change taking effect.

Your continued use of the idompe platform after any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease use of the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which idompe holds its international gaming licence. Nothing in this clause limits any rights you may have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction of residence.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the idompe platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the licensing authority's designated dispute resolution body.

idompe's decision on all gaming matters — including but not limited to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account status — is final and binding, subject only to the arbitration process described above.
